Payment<br>
Payment can be made at the sale location. Payment arrangements must be made within 48 hours after the close of the auction. Items will not be able to be picked up without a paid invoice. <br>
<br>
BRING ANY PACKING MATERIAL AND HELP NEEDED FOR MOVING YOUR ITEMS. THERE WILL BE NO HELP ON HAND FOR MOVING ANY ITEMS. YOU MUST ALSO BE PREPARED TO REMOVE ANY WIRED DISPLAY ITEMS YOU WIN IN THE SHOWROOM. THIS MEANS BRING A STEP LADDER, WRENCHES OR PLIERS, AND POSSIBLY WIRE CUTTERS. THERE WILL BE NO ELECTRICITY ON SITE DURING INSPECTION OR PICKUP OUTSIDE A FEW LIGHTS RUN BY A GENERATOR. THE FORECLOSING BANK WILL NOT TURN ON POWER DUE TO LIABILITY.<br>

Everything must be removed by the time specified!<br>

Items not picked up will be moved outside and considered forfeited. <br>
<br>
If you cannot pick up or make arrangements for pick up by the times specified please call the auction manager.<br>

13% Buyers Fee with a 3% discount for Cash or Check will be applied to each items purchased. There will be local sales tax applied to all non dealer georgia residents.<br>

Items not paid for within the time specified above will incure a 3%/day or $25/day charge, which ever is greater, until paid in full. <br>
<br>
Items NOT picked up within the times specified without prior alternate arrangements will be considered forfeited and can be resold to cover storage fees. Items that are still available and picked up after the time specified will be charged a $10 per day fee for each item.<br>

Note: Please note that it is the buyers responsibility to inspect and be fully informed as to the condition of all items. All items are sold as-is with no warranties or guarantees. This auction features EXTENDED BIDDING! Any lot with a bid within FIVE minutes of its scheduled closing time will remain open for bids past its normal close; it will go into extended bidding. It will remain open until there are no bids on that lot for FIVE minutes. This only affects lots with last minute bids; other lots will continue to close at their normal times. MAX BIDDING: When you place your maximum bid, the current bid price doesn't automatically jump to your max bid. Your bid will go to the next highest increment, and it will be increased only as other people bid against you. The computer will automatically bid up to your max in the increments specified. <br>
